Mobile Crusher is in High Demand in Asia

Programming - Sep 25 2012
not answered
Question:The crushers represent the very latest technology in efficient aggregate size reduction and recycling with the added bonus of products that have a unique modular construction with common chassis, engines and tracked undercarriages.

With demand for aggregates reaching an all time record high within the Gulf Region and more emphasis being placed on recycling waste materials generated by construction activities the time is right for a revolution in size reduction technology to be launched into the region.

The range of crushers offers a suitable size and specification for the majority of applications with a capacity range from 200 tonnes per hour up to 600 tonnes per hour. With three types of crushers available namely Jaw, Impactor and Cone that can all be specified in the role of primary or secondary crusher and can work efficiently in both virgin rock and recycling applications. The unique and compact design of the modular chassis on the entire range of crushers allows the largest capacity machines to be effectively transported with minimal setup time and transportation by standard vehicles facilitating rapid utilisation of machines on new sites.

Mobile crushing station, promoted by Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery Co., Ltd, expands greatly of the coarse crushing field.Portable crusher is an ideal portable crusher for primary crushing in large quarries. Hongxing portable jaw crusher plants are built around proven jaw crusher concepts. They combine a high reduction ratio and increased capacity with any feed materials: from extra hard rock to recycled materials. Hongxing portable crusher offers superior strength, crushing performance and reliability even in the most demanding applications.ore vibrating feeder:http://www.hxjq-mill.com/products/vibrating_feeder.html

The Western Retek crushers will significantly reduce the cost per tonne of producing and recycling aggregates in large volumes and will significantly improve the green credentials of the regions major contracting organisations. Sean Reilly 'We are already receiving significant levels of interest and will finalise contacts to supply the first few machines to key clients in the next few days. A number of the clients we are supplying machines to have very specific operational requirements which can be easily satisfied due to the modular design and specification of these machines.

Sean Reilly from equipment supply services 'If you use the UAE as an example of the current situation in the gulf region with over 10.5 million tonnes of waste being generated by construction of which 70% is estimated to be concrete the need for high capacity efficient and effective mobile crushers has now arrived in the UAE. The utilisation of high capacity mobile crushing plants by contracting organisations will create substantial cost savings and increase profitability significantly.
